At the Club, Clint lays into Dorian for going along with David schemes. They go back and forth for a while until Dorian finally leaves. At home, she finds out from Carlotta that David was taken in by the police and heads to the police station. At the police station, Bo tries to stall David leaving when he can’t find Hank. When he finally does find Hank, who had been in court, they go over a potential deal for David to tell them everything. He tells them everything and gets off on all potential charges, but has to leave town, for good. In the evidence room, Jean is looking for the diary. She finally finds it when another cop arrives, looking for the diary. Jean lets Tommy out, who pushes a shelving unit on top of the officer and escapes. In the parking garage, Dorian runs into Jean and quickly realizes it’s actually Tommy in control. Dorian convinces Tommy to let Jean take control again and then asks her for the diary. Jean keeps the diary and says she will destroy it, Dorian agrees. At home, Jean riffles through a few pages before ultimately, deciding not to destroy the diary and keep it as potential blackmail. Rachel arrives at the apartment to flowers and an apology note from Ben. She’s about to start studying when R.J. shows up with an old photo of Hank from his high school days. She’s hesitant to accept it, but does. They get to talking and R.J. gives her advice on law school, telling her how it wasn’t as easy for her parents as it seems. A while after he leaves, Ben comes home and they start arguing about law school and London again.
