ಇಷ್ಟೊತ್ತಿಗಾಗಲೇ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ ಆಗಬೇಕಿತ್ತು.ಸಿಎಂ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಏನು ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೋ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ.ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಸಕ ಎಸ್.ಟಿ.ಸೋಮಶೇಖರ್ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ.ನಾನಂತೂ ಇದೇ ಖಾತೆ ಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಯಾವತ್ತೂ ಕೇಳಿಲ್ಲ.ನಮಗೆ ಸಚಿವ ಸ್ಥಾನ ನೀಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಿಎಂ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

MLA-Elect Somashekar has spoken about cabinet expansion and has stated that the cabinet should have been expanded by now but there has been a delay. He also stated that he had no idea about BSY's decision and he had not demanded any specific cabinet berth. He maintained a rather diplomatic stance saying that BS Yediyurappa would decide on what portfolio would be allotted to him. He also added on that on Friday, December 13th he would take oath as an MLA and had met the speaker in this regard.
