NEW CHANGES TO ABILITY CARDS AND THE BEST TO USE WITH THE NAVY REVOLVERS

Rockstar changed some ability cards including some increases in effectiveness for many ability cards in the 1.15 Title Update. We are also playing around with the Navy Revolver and working out the best cards to use with them. We found a pretty good combination.
