NEW BARS & RESTOS IN TOWN AT TIMES SQUARE, CEBU, PHILIPPINES

There are several new bars and restaurants in Cebu at Times Square in Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines. It is just across the street from Parkmall. Fifties bar, KTV, comedy club, spa, and many restaurants. My only complaint, as usual, is that the music is way too loud....ear spitting loud in most bars.

Mango Square doesn't have many bars anymore so this may be a good place to hang out for some.
