On the backdrop of Congress' humiliating defeat in the by-poll, Senior Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge held a meeting with Congress State In-charge KC Venugopal. The meeting was chaired at the AICC office in Delhi. The meeting was to decide on the further course of action. KC Venugopal is said to meet AICC president Sonia Gandhi shortly.
