Is there such thing as an ideal diet for everyone? #LetsTalkNow. In an era of weight loss teas, whole 30’s, and keto diets, we’re curious to know: is there such thing as an ideal diet for everyone? What about even using the term “diet?” While there are general things that are agreed upon that are good for everyone’s health, like eating vegetables, drinking water, etc., everything outside of this scope can get tricky when we think about the motivations behind these behaviors.
