Welcome back! This is the third-fourth time i have attempted filming a house tour, but it has never felt RIGHT or READY until now!!!

Our house is a heritage house, it was built in 1909, very old, very creaky, very imperfect, but we love it.

We may be forced to move if the buyers want to use it as their own home, or convert it into offices, ( which happens to a LOT of these old heritage houses in down town Calgary. )

If the new renters are willing to keep as as tenants, we will mull it over, but until then… THIS IS OUR DIGs, ENJOY!
