These exercises are perfect for training all three heads of the triceps. The result is shapely arms that are toned and tight. Go heavier on the compound movements (first 2 listed below), to gain size. The isolation movements (last 3 on the list), help to sculpt.
For all exercises, focus on form before loading up the weight. The last 2-3 difficult reps are where many of the physique improvements are made- so stay present, and lift with only the intended muscle groups!
