Crown closure or flat top cast off, but with a k3tog so the decreasing looks more straight (forward), you can use this cast off to decrease every other row, or every row.
The small night-sky spiral cast off is on this channel too, you will need all the info and video of the small one to do this one, if you haven't done that one already.
Another way to make a crown closure for a hat, no bump on top of the hat, so you make beanies without a pom pom, it's polished.
