PMDC's previous admissions eligibility criteria is restored for admissions to medical and dental colleges. Now 60% marks in FSc and 50% marks in entry test are required to apply for MBBS and BDS admission. The criteria is restored after a recent decision by Sindh High court. Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences LUMHS, admitting university for Sindh Medical and Dental colleges, have published a new advertisement in this regard.
In the recent advertisement by LUMHS, applications are invited from those having more than 60% marks in FSc and 50% marks in MDCAT entry test. Prior to this, students with 70% marks in FSc and 60% marks in MDCAT were declared eligible. But now the admissions in Sindh Medical and Dental colleges will be made on the previous eligibility criteria.
