Prince Charles turns 71-years-old on Thursday 14th November 2019. We take a look at the highlights of the past 12 months.

His Royal Highness is to celebrate his birthday in India, where he is on an official two-day visit focussing on global challenges, such as climate change and business sustainability.

From marking the 50th anniversary of his investiture as Prince of Wales to meeting with world leaders, including President Donald Trump and Pope Francis, this has been a very eventful year for the heir to the throne.
