You can make in in mintues.
You wil need: Turmeric – either powdered or the route that you could chop and crush
Olive oil – preferably organic
Apple cider vinegar – unpasteurised, not heat-treated and with the mother
Sea salt – DO NOT use rock salt
Black pepper – the pepperine works with the curcumin in the turmeric to make it much more bio available
A container - I prefer glass to plastic.
