The Constitutional Court will hand down judgment on Stellenbosch University's 2016 language policy, giving preference to English over Afrikaans in certain circumstances, in Johannesburg today. The university adopted the policy in order to advance equal access, multilingualism and integration.
The pressure group, Gelyke Kanse - Equal Opportunities - is opposed to the policy.
