Best Vet Day Ever 1027
Today’s best day ever is starting a little different, the whole family is jumping in the purple tesla to take Koopa to the vet. Early this morning, he was having a hard time walking and we noticed that his paws were swollen. Don’t know how he hurt them but it's off to the vet to take care of our pet.
While we wait for the veterinarian to come, Adley pretend plays that this is her vet clinic and that she can take care of all the animals. There is a white board, so the kiddos entertain themselves by drawing pictures and little doodles. The doctor comes in and checks out Koopa, letting us know that he has an infection but that he’ll be ok. They want to take care of him for a little bit, so while they do that, the family heads out to get donuts for breakfast. We haven’t eaten yet this morning because we literally rolled out of bed and started taking care of Koopa.
We go pick Koopa up and take him home. Olive is so happy he’s back, after thinking about it, I realize that Olive has never been alone in our new house, koopa has always been there with her. Now that everyone is safely home, it’s time to get ready for a Halloween party. We’ve been invited to a harry potter party and Jenny is soooo excited. She’s figured out costumes for all of us and we head out.
A busy day but a good one. So happy Koopa is ok and happy that we got to have some family fun at this party!!
