The soul of Tokyo they call it. This soup is a Japanese Food staple. Ramen fuels Japan. This beautiful dish is made of japanese ramen noodles, cooked in a fish or meat broth. Miso paste is added, with boiled tamago egg, tender Chasu pork, and a whole host of other ingredients. There are 100 ways to make it, and every one a different type of delicious. I saw a travel video from my friend Mark Wiens trying the spiciest ramen in Tokyo, and thought I'd give it a shot myself.

I'm addicted to spicy food, and thought perhaps I could finish it. It was a war to remember, but I can out in top.
