Hi Everyone, In this Video Tutorial, We are going to learn about How to 3D Distortion Anaglyph Error Glitch Effect using the free image editing app called Picsart

Steps:
1. Open your Image in Picsart
2. Go to Tools Stretch and Distort the Image
3. Go to Add Photo and add the Distorted Image again and add the colorize effect with blue color, change the mode to lighten and slightly move the position
4. Then add the non distorted Image and colorize with red, then change the blend to lighten and also move the position slightly
