This patient came in looking for a subtle enhancement to take on a more "masculine" look. He already has some definition to his facial features so my plan was to strategically use micro-aliquots to really define and give him a more chiseled appearance. He also had minor volume loss in his temples so using Radiesse, I was able to restore volume and give him a well-balanced, symmetrical look. In time, the filler will produce collagen at a much higher level.
