Raised as a boy, Genn Herley knew from a young age that she was more comfortable and more herself being feminine. Unsure of what this meant for her and her future, she hid that part of herself and lived for decades as a man. One day, sick of hiding, she summoned the courage to come out to herself and others, including her family.
