I recently attended an event where we were only allowed to take in clear bags. I didn't want to go out and buy a see-through bag, especially since I already had PVC vinyl in my stash. So I measured my wallet and did a little figuring to come up with this bag design. I knew I wanted a zipper at the top, so nothing would spill out in case my kids knocked it over.
