Dr. Rafael (Francis Mata) employs Grace (Shaina Magdayao) as Divina's new nurse. The young woman then tries to keep her cool as she takes care of Divina (Pilar Pilapil). Meanwhile, Katrina (Cristine Reyes) learns that David (Dante Rivero) managed to obtain a crucial piece of information that he can use against the Salvador matriarch. Later, Katrina attempts to stop Mikmik (Sophia Reola) from convincing Ruth (Matet de Leon) and Benjie (Keempee de Leon) to stay in Michael's (RK Bagatsing) house. Elsewhere, Michael shares to James (Enzo Pineda) the qualities of his ideal woman.
Mikmik (Sophia Reola), Joseph (Miguel Vergara), and Britney (Heart Ramos) prepare a surprise for Ruth (Matet de Leon) in hopes that she and Benjie (Keempee de Leon) change their minds about leaving. Ruth then tearfully announces their final decision. Meanwhile, Katrina (Cristine Reyes) and Amber (Krystal Mejes) work hard to earn back Michael's (RK Bagatsing) trust. After failing to find James (Enzo Pineda) in his office, Anna (Michelle Vito) is taken aback upon returning home. Later, Mikmik finally meets Divina's new nurse, Grace (Shaina Magdayao).
