Brooke Houts, 20, is apologizing after she accidentally uploaded an unedited video where she appears to be seen hitting, shoving and spitting on her dog, Sphinx. "I apologize to anyone who has been [affected] negatively by the footage," Houts tweeted. She went on to insist that she is not an animal abuser and Sphinx was not in pain. The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating.
