A big dam is coming up in Tibet which will cause immense trouble in lower Assam.Assam Sangrami Mancha which has been quite vocal about the numerous hydro power projects being undertaken in Assam and its neighbourig states has spoken vehemently against the Centre to stop the construction of the big dam.
