How Many Exercises Per Workout? - Workouts For Older Men

How Many Exercises Per Workout? - Workouts For Older Men A very common question asked by older men with all varying degrees of dedication and length of time training is, "How many exercises per workout?"

There are so many different fitness experts out there giving you conflicting information. I understand how frustrating this can be.

Why can't they all agree? Even when asking simple workout questions. Why is it this way?

Well, it really depends on your understanding of what you're being told and how well you execute what you're told. Two different men can follow the exact same instructions and get two massively different results because of the way they understand what they are doing and how well they do it.

In this video, I'm going to explain how you can figure out how many exercises YOU should do to reach YOUR specific goals.

When trying to figure out the BEST TRAINING ROUTINE for them, older men wonder "How many exercises in one day?" or "How many exercises per day in gym?" And "How many exercises per workout session?"

When men have a specific GOAL in mind, the questions are: How many exercises per workout for mass? How many exercises per workout to build muscle? How many exercises per workout hypertrophy? and, How many exercise per muscle group for toning?

And, when they want to focus on a particular LAGGING BODY PART, they'll ask: How many exercises for biceps? How many exercises for chest? How many exercises per workout for glutes? How many exercises per workout for legs? How many tricep exercises per week?

In this video, I give you a simple and effective way to figure out how many exercises and sets you need to create the perfect workout for you.
