Can women legally be compelled to handle male genitals?

Jay Cameron is the lawyer representing three of the estheticians Jessica (nee Jonathan) Yaniv filed human rights complaints about after they declined to give him a "Brazilian bikini wax." I spoke with him on July 25th about the hearings taking place at the BC Human Rights Tribunal, the impact all this is having on the women involved, and the implications of the outcome. Jay is a lawyer with the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF).
